Restorative & Yoga Nidra
First Friday of each month- 7-8:30 pm May 3rd and June 7th
Come and enjoy a restful and meditative restorative yoga class that will help to calm your mind and recenter your soul. During this evening class we wind down after our week with a calming yoga practice followed by 45 minutes of guided meditation, called Nidra.
Meditation is an important part of mental health. During this time we are challenged to let go of our burdens, and relax our minds.
You will leave this class feeling bliss, calmness and ease.
